I am soooo excited and honored to be photographing the Operation Shower event this Saturday at Ft Hood. Operation Shower is a non-profit organization (pending 501(c)(3) status) that recognizes and honors the sacrifices military families make by producing and coordinating baby showers for pregnant and expecting military personnel and their families. This years theme is “Boxes in Bloom”. It is there first eco-friendly shower. You can find more info about the sponsors HERE.
I have the pleasure of photographing the event and the deserving women who will be receiving the boxes. One lucky mom-to-be is going to win a free session and digital package (valued at over $1000) with me to capture this moment in their lives. I can not wait to meet all the wonderful people who are organizing this event and all the expecting moms!! Stay tuned for updates =)

What a great session! It was a little windy at first, but we got through it. She was so photogenic and just a sweetheart! The bluebonnets were in bloom and we took advantage of it!. Thank you for letting me photograph you =) I hope you love your sneak peek!!

These two cousins were so stinkin’ cute. The little girl’s cheeks were so squeezable, and baby boy had the prettiest blue eyes! I hope the moms enjoy their time together and the pictures we got! I can’t wait to take more =)

What a cutie she was! Just so full of life and cuteness =) She even found a rock and gave it to me! She had fun dancing around and chasing bubbles while I got some shots for mommy. Here is a sneak peak of a few from our session today:

We were all in the car last night, driving home. I had my camera….just in case =) Well….I am glad I did! My hubby pulled over and let me capture a few frames of awsomeness! It really was like a little bit of heaven on earth.
