I am not much a writer, which is totally why my blog gets so neglected. So I put a bunch of recent images together and will show them off for you! I loved each and every one of these sessions!!

I have 2 great choices for the month of February if you are expecting in the next few months!

Book a newborn session with me in the month of February (due date does not need to be in February, but by October 2013) and you get your choice of either:

A free mini maternity held outdoors (30 minute session) that will include 3 digital images reprintable up to 8×10

A free mini session outdoors (30 minute session) when your baby is either 3, 6, or 9 months old that will include 3 digital images reprintable up to 8×10

Momtog Workshop | Killeen Photography

I am super excited to announce my first Momtog Workshop to be held Jan 28th in the Killeen area! This is an awesome opportunity for you to learn how to get the most out of your DSLR camera with hands on learning from me. You do not have to be a mom, or have much knowledge at all about photography! Space will be limited and the workshop will be hosted in a home in Killeen on Saturday the 28th at 10am. The class will be at least 2 hours and can go longer if need be.

Here is what it will consist of:
A quick and simple overview of the basics of shooting in Manual mode (including exposure, ISO, and shutter speed).
Achieving beautiful straight out of camera (SOOC) images.
A chance for you to ask questions with hands on training.
“Seeing” the light.

Included with workshop:
Many Ah-ha moments!
A beautiful camera strap cover.
A cheat sheet to help you remember all the basics.

What you should bring:
Your DSLR camera (or a camera that lets you change settings like ISO and shutter speed)
Your manual that came with the camera if you can.
A 50mm 1.8 lens or similar lens- not a must have but will make a BIG difference.
Any questions you would like me to try to answer!

I promise you will learn soooo much and walk away with the knowledge to take even better pictures!

05/ 07/13 UPDATE: Just letting potential clients know the videos are a little older but most everything still applies although my hair color may change!!

Here is a super fast video of me working (it does have music if you want to mute!). This is a little over an hour of real shooting time! Also, this is normally the beginning half of the session reserving the end for family shots. I hope this gives you an idea of what to expect for our session!
